Intaba Lodge with its stunning mountain views is set high above
the magnificent HOUT BAY valley, looking towards Constantia.

This typical colonial Victorian-style house is set in an extensive, lush garden, which is
home to a host of bird life. Enjoy this natural setting with its rocks and indigenous
flora, whilst sitting on the spacious veranda or ambling along the numerous footpaths.
You will find this romantic and serene environment the perfect place to relax.
The indigenous garden will enchant you with its riot of luminous colors and its
charming lily pond with resident koi fish. Here nature-lovers will appreciate the
qualities of a well-preserved ecosystem.

After a fascinating day-tour of Cape Town or one of the numerous other attractions in the Cape Province,
you will enjoy relaxing in the pool or, depending on the weather, in front of a cozy fire whilst savoring fine
wines from the region: or on sultry nights sip your drinks under a starry vault whilst listening to the
song of night birds.

Intaba Lodge offers 5 spacious en suite bedrooms and two cottages, all of which have spectacular views.
They are elegantly furnished with antique furniture and objects d'art from all over the world,
yet the house retains a unique African ambience.

Two vast rooms, the rock studio (built around a rock) and the Green house suite are equipped with open plan kitchenette and have direct access to the garden and direct entrance. They are particularly adapted for extended stay and self-catering if wished.

All the rooms have stunning panoramic views on the mountain overlooking the enchanting garden. Have your breakfast out on the veranda whilst admiring breathtaking sunrises.
